Wu Tang Clan Reunite for The Daily Show Performance

Regular viewers of Comedy Central’s The Daily Show with Jon Stewart are used to high-profile guests wielding political or mass media influence, but last night’s episode saw the interview portion of the show taken over by éminence grise of a more dynamic variety (apologies to Thomas Friedman): all nine members of the legendary rap collective Wu-Tang Clan. Raekwon, GZA, RZA, Ghostface Killah, Method Man, Inspectah Deck, U-God, Masta Killa, and Cappadonnawho all sat down for a short interview with Stewart before launching into a live performance of the new track “Ron O’Neal” (from their forthcoming album A Better Tomorrow), as well as the classic “Triumph.” Check out the clips below.
