In addition to celebrating the 25th anniversary of By All Means Necessary, KRS-One’s influential album, Supreme will also help to mark a pivotal anniversary of another New York hip-hop institution – Ruff Ryders Entertainment. Consists of Hockey Top sweatshirt, Pull-Over hoody, and Beanie, the collaboration collection commemorates the 25 years Ruff Ryders been in business. Established by brothers Darrin “Dee” Dean and Joaquin “Waah” Dean, who happened to be uncles of Swizz Beatz, Ruff Ryders found success right from the start thanks to its roster of artists. From DMX, Eve to Jadakiss and Cassidy, all part of a close-knit group that later expended to Ruff Ryders Films, Ruff Ryders Indy and other ventures.
All emblazoned with Ruff Ryders’ “R” insignia, the Supreme x Ruff Ryders collaboration will be available at Supreme’s store locations and online shop during the months ahead.
