Chevrolet took to the Geneva Motor Show to unveil the stunning 2017 Corvette Grand Sport, which combines the Stingray's 460 hp naturally-aspirated 6.2-liter V8 powertrain with the body and chassis refinements of the 650-hp Z06. Some of those latter goodies include the distinctive grille, wide rear fenders, high performance Brembo brakes, standard magnetic ride control suspension and computer-controlled limited slip differential. And for the first time ever, buyers can opt for the Z06's track-ready Z07 package, which adds carbon ceramic brakes, sticker tires, and carbon ceramic spoilers and splitters for improved downforce. Those extras will allow the Grand Sport to take turns at a remarkable 1.2g. Finally, the Grand Sport will be offered with either a seven-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission. A convertible version will also be available when it goes on sale this summer.
