Nike's flagship Flyknit technology is making its first appearance on a non-Nike shoe, and it's no surprise that the model to receive the distinction is nothing less than a sneaker icon: the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star. Technically speaking, the shoe is the Nike Lunarlon-infused Chuck II, featuring a high-top silhouette with reinforced toes and the circular Chuck Taylor label patch on a breathable Flyknit upper. Finished in introductory black and teal colorways, the Converse Chuck Taylor II with Nike Flyknit is scheduled to launch in stores and converse.com on April 8.
