Reebok took over La Quinta, California, for Coachella Weekend 2, setting up its Classics Crib for a weekend of activities centered around the Classic Leather silhouette, and what it means to be a classic. The proceedings kicked off with a style experience led by renowned stylist Monica Rose, who shared her list of wardrobe staples, including a rundown of her top 10 must-haves for Spring/Summer 2017. The presentation culminated in an audience Q&A, where Monica revealed her patented style secrets, followed by hands-on sessions that demonstrated the Classic Leather's connection to modern festival style.
Guests were also treated to an intimate performance by Solange Knowles, who performed songs from her latest album, A Seat at the Table. Her set was pared back and minimalist, and afterward, she sat down with Kimberly Drew, social media manager for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, for a free-flowing conversation about Solange's style icons, fashion idols and creative process.
Finally, the weekend wrapped up with a focus on fitness. Actress and exercise enthusiast Nina Dobrev stopped by to take part in an alfresco "sweat" session, intended to reenergize participants. Following the post-workout cool down, Nina engaged in an informal "in conversation," where she discussed festival style and her own approach to fitness during festival season.
