The ?uestlove Air Force 1, known more colloquially as the “Air ?uesto,”has been one of the most anticipated releases this year. Nothing more can really be said about the Air Force 1′s at this point, as they’ve been some of the most talked about kicks in recent history, but the two drops so far of these sneakers have been massive. The Philly drop at Ubiq even earned some attention on local news channels, and for good reason; the line was incredible, and no doubt something rarely seen in Philadelphia. While the New York City drop was undoubtedly huge (article here), the Ubiq launch was equally gigantic, and also had ?uestlove there, signing boxes and DJ-ing for customers. A few lucky customers even had ?uestlove pay for their purchases! This was definitely one of the biggest events of the year by far, and will be remembered by all who attended for a long

Bridge Footwear has just restocked its collection of deadstock older releases, some of which are pictured above; over 150 pairs of kicks in 45 styles have been updated on the website. Including a number of great Air Force 1’s, the DJ Clark Kent Pack (as well as the QK re-release of the Air Max 95 Neon, the inspiration for said pack), and a few Air Jordan V’s, this is definitely a big re-release. Note that this drop barely scratches the surface of their collection, as they have pairs of various other high-profile kicks in stock, such as the SBTG Royalefam Friends and Family Dunks, What the Dunk SB’s, and the Michael Lau BMX Beijing Olympics SB Blazer Highs. If any of these interest you, you’d do well to go take a look at the Bridge Footwear site; cop these quick, they won’t last long

With his infamous Air Yeezys taking the shoe world by storm, his incredible lyrical talents, and the hype around his Pastelle brand building up, Kanye West can seemingly do no wrong right now. Now, after trying his hand at fashion and music (and succeeding in both), Kanye has decided to take a stab at literature. His Thank You and You’re Welcome is a book dedicated to spreading the word that he wants spread, uncensored and unfiltered. Mr. West himself sums it up as “My book is a guide to creating and then celebrating your moment!” Co-authored by J. Sakiya Sandifer, this piece is a well-written look into the philosophies and ideals that have driven Kanye to where he is today: the top. For anyone interested in what made Kanye what he is today, this book is a must-read. Available at We Sold Out.
