Mid Century MODERN x N.HOOLYWOOD   Shirt Collection

Mid-Century MODERN is a boutique store focusing on design products and furniture made around the mid-20th century era. Apart from their retailing business, they actively produce their original items as well. One of the fans of the store happen to be Daisuke Obana of N.HOOLYWOOD, thus this collaboration project was born. Jean Michel Basquiat x Reebok   Spring/Summer 2012 Collection

Reebok is continuing the partnership with Jean-Michel Basquiat, unveiling the Spring/Summer 2012 collection. Just as the previous seasons, the majority of the current season is made up of Reebok‘s iconic sneakers, yet some new apparel pieces are introduced to broaden the collection. Footwear range consists of Omni Pump Lite, Freestyle and Top Down, while the apparel line includes outerwear, cardigans and t-shirts. As one would expect, each piece is decorated by the famous drawings and handwriting by Basquiat. XLarge President Label x Toys McCoy   Baby Buco Helmet

Here is a little something to complement the XLarge x Yamaha TY-S Motorcycle, which is being raffled at the end of this month. The premium XLarge Presidential Label is partnering up with Toys McCoy again, this time producing a custom made, one of a kind Baby Buco Helmet. Graphics on the black helmet match the monochromatic motorcycle, featuring the iconic XLarge logos on both sides. Checker plate pattern is placed in the middle of the helmet, running from front to back. This helmet comes in size M/L which equates to around 58cm – 60cm in size. Unfortunately this helmet will be given away with the motorcycle and will not be on sale separately. HUMAN MADE   Spring/Summer 2012 Collection | Preview

Unlike the previous season, the Spring/Summer 2012 collection from HUMAN MADE is not restricted by any particular theme. Although the collection still take huge influence from vintage clothing made in the 30′s and 40′s. As founder and designer NIGO explains, some of these pieces took over a year to develop and produce due to the attention paid to every little detail. However, it does not mean that all of these pieces are simply copies of vintage items, rather these clothing take the best aspects of NIGO‘s favorite vintage clothing. White Mountaineering   Seam Taping Yarn Dyed Check Mix Western Shirt

Based on traditional Western shirts, White Mountaineering added their twist to the classic silhouette. Constructed from three different check fabrics, which are evenly distributed on the various panels to make up the shirt. Instead of using ordinary plastic buttons, they have opted to use original snap buttons that are usually seen on their technical outerwear, giving the piece a modern aesthetic. On the inside, all of the seams are taped using branded taping – normally used on their technical outerwear as well – which provides additional durability. M.I.A.   Bad Girls Music Video | By Romain Gavras

The British singer, M.I.A., is no stranger to controversy; in fact, she recently stole the headlines at the Super Bowl halftime show, which involved a certain finger. Perhaps one of her most talked-about music videos was Born Free, produced by French director Romain Gavras. M.I.A. has teamed up with Gavras again on her latest music video for Bad Girls, which was shot on location in Morocco. Although this video is much more light hearted than the previous, it is still filled with the kind of high energy and grit that Gavras is known for.
