
Here is a first look at an upcoming project between Nike and artist FUTURA. While Nike and FUTURA have worked together in the past on a number of different projects, they have actually never worked together on an Air Force 1, until now. Come Spring 2010, Nike will release these two Air Force 1 Low’s, one in White and Orange and the other in Gray and White. KAWS and Hajime Sorayama, a Japanese illustrator, have been working with MEDICOM TOY CO. for three years on this “NO FUTURE COMPANION”. This collaboration between the two artists truly is a collaboration as you can see the evident touches that each artist has put on this figure, from the signature KAWS “X” to Sorayama’s metallic silver color and robot aesthetic. One of our favorite new Hip-Hop artists, Wale, has finally released his long awaited “Back to the Feature” mixtape. The mixtape is a collaboration with producr, 9th Wonder, and is presented to us via: Lifted Research Group (LRG). The mixtape features heavy production from 9th Wonder but also appearances from some of today’s hottest artists including Big Sean, Young Chris, Jean Grae, Joe Budden, Currensy, Talib Kweli, Joel Ortiz, and more. After showing you plenty of pictures and previews regarding the new single from The Clipse featuring Kanye West off of their third album, ‘Til the Casket Drops, we now have the official music video to share with you. Nike will be releasing this Air Trainer II LE “Bo Jackson” shoe later next month. The Air Trainer II when it was originally released was actually an update to the hugely successful Air Trainer SC. This colorway comes via: the Oakland Raiders and features a Bo Jackson Nintendo inspired character logo on the shoe’s tongue. The Swoosh on the shoe comes in a Metallic Silver color while the strap on the forefoot is made up of patent leather. One of Nike’s earliest basketball shoes was the Nike Star Classic, a model that resembles the Nike Bruin, this vulcanized shoe is now back in three different colorways that have underwent some of the Nike “Vintage” treatment which makes the shoes look as if they came out of your parent’s closet. The three colorways include Red and White, Purple and Red, and Green and Yellow. All three will be available soon at select Nike retailers. via: Sneaker Freaker

Nike SB and Concepts have worked together on two “Lobster” Dunk Low Premium’s and now it seems that they have also made a limited run of these “Yellow Lobster” Dunk Low Premium’s. There is no word on whether these will ever come out but they were seen on someone’s feet during the release of the “Blue Lobster” Dunk Low Premium’s this past weekend. The rumor is that these were limited to 36 pairs and that they were given out to friends and family of Concepts as well as a few lucky people who waited in line for the “Blue Lobster” Dunk’s. via: NikeTalk

This past weekend marked the release of the Nike SB x Concepts Dunk Low Premium “Blue Lobster”. This is the second pair of “Lobster” inspired Dunk’s that Nike SB and Concepts have collaborated on, the first of course coming last year in a Red colorway. This “Blue Lobster” Dunk Low Premium release at Concepts was much bigger than most sneaker releases. The Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 2009 Bags Collection has just been revealed by Vuitton Studio Director Paul Helbers who states that this season’s collection was inspired by “the traveling wardrobe of an African king”. Various pieces of the collection include Louis Vuitton’s Monogram Hexagone, Monogram Revelation, Monogram Escapade, and Monogram Macassar in a number of different styles and executions. One of Nike’s sneakers in the 1990′s that turned a lot of heads was the Nike Air Footscape and now after a few years of not being seen in the market, the footwear giant has decided to bring them back in a fresh new colorway of Grand Purple and Hot Red. This colorway of the Nike Air Footscape is a part of the larger Nike Sportswear Fall 2009 Collection that has began to hit select Nike Sportswear retailers including Alife Rivington Club (A.R.C.).

While we’ve already previewed some of the new Air Max 1′s that Nike has released in the past few weeks including the original Air Max 1 colorway as well as the new Air Maxim 1, here is a great pack specifically for the females, this is the Nike Women’s Air Max 1 “Safari” Pack that features the use of Nike’s legendary safari print on the upper of the shoes.
