Maiden Noir out of Seattle, Washington delivers it’s newest Summer 2011 Collection, ‘Battlefield’, as most of the places in the Northern hemisphere begin to enjoy the hot weather that comes along with Summer. This collection continues to showcase Maiden Noir’s attention to detail and craftsmanship with pieces using various camouflage patterns and cotton twills. Included in the delivery are shorts, tank tops, short-sleeve shirts, caps, and some collaboration wallets with Porter Japan. The Summer 2011 ‘Battlefield’ Collection from Maiden Noir is available now at select retailers including Edmonton and Vancouver’s HAVEN and their onlineshop.

UNDFTD and Converse have collaborated once again, this time on a new updated Chuck Taylor. UNDFTD continues to push the the military aesthetic with this new collaboration, which has been the main concept behind each of their past collaborations with one of the most tenured footwear brands in the world. For this collaboration the two brands worked on a new Chuck Taylor silhouette with UNDFTD “Strikes” branding on the outsole, tongue, and verbage on the heeltab. The upper is composed of a Dark Navy ballistic nylon which lends itself to the name of the shoe. No word yet on the release date of this shoe but stay tuned for more information.

Crooks & Castles and Deadline have collaborated on a highly anticipated t-shirt as a part of a larger Summer 2011 Collection. The t-shirt features the iconic Crooks & Castles Medusa graphic along with a “CROOKS” and “DEADLINE” callout on the front of the tee. The collaboration t-shirt will come in four colors including a White, Black, Red, and Grey colorway. The tee will be released on Saturday, May 14th at the Crooks & Castles shop in Los Angeles where food and drinks will be served.

Le Baron de Paris, one of the staple’s of the Tokyo nightlife scene will hold a Art and Fashion Charity Auction on Friday, May 3rd 2011 to help the victims of the tragic Kanto-Tohoku earthquake that struck the cost of Japan in March. Included in the charity auction is a custom Nike Destroyer Jacket from Parisian artist, Andre, who outfitted this special Destroyer Jacket with a number of his signature graphics and embellishments. Other notable items included in the auction come from KAWS, Alain Mikli, Jose Parla, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Balenciaga, and more. Hong Kong’s Eric So and Edison Chen came together to work on collaboration vinyl figure of Edison that has a removable USB drive containing Edison’s newest album, Confusion, as well as 5 different music videos of songs off of the album. This isn’t the first time that the two artists have worked together on Edison’s Confusion album, in fact Eric So actually created artwork that was packaged with the cd as the Confusion Album Art Book. Four different colors of this new vinyl figure were created with one color being exclusive to each of the four JUICE shops that Edison is a co-owner of. The normal version is exclusive to JUICE Kuala Lumpur, the “Green Giant” version is for JUICE Taipei, the “Hellboy” version for JUICE Shanghai, and the “Dragonball Z Gohan” color for JUICE Hong Kong. via: crazytoyzLIFE

Nike will retro the original Seattle Mariners colorway of the Air Griffey Max in the coming months. While sneakerheads have often complained about retro’s being different than the original’s, this pair appears to stay true to it’s roots. The upper uses the iconic Freshwater color, that has become easily identifiable with any Griffey product, mixed with Black and accents of White on the Swoosh and ’24′ logo on the ankle strap. No actual release date or additional information has been provided at the moment but for those of you who want to pick up a pair before the rest of your friends, you can visit marqueesole.

Two of Asia’s biggest celebrities, Edison Chen and Jay Chou, have combined their respective brands, CLOT and PHANTACi to collaborate with Disney on a new collection inspired by the 1940 Walt Disney Film, Fantasia, entitled the “PHANTASIA” pack. The initial offering of this capsule collection includes a Button Up Hoodie, Dress Shirt, Flamingo Shirt, and Phantasia Tee all featuring graphics and elements of Fantasia, the film. The capsule collection will be available starting on Saturday, May 14th at PHANTACi’s Taipei location. Stay tuned for more news regarding this collaboration.

Erik Senders’ latest Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke from 21 Mercer may truly be a one of one when it’s all said in done; reason being, Senders decided to use the elephant print denim from his Jordan x Levi’s Air Jordan 1 ’23/501′ Pack on the toebox and collar lining of these Bespoke Air Force 1′s. Erik decided to go with a Maroon Red upper, White midsole, and Gum outsole to compliment the elephant print denim and he finished the shoe off with some notable eyelets and what appears to be a selvedge heel tab. Details surfaced around a new collaboration between Japanese brand, uniform experiment, and luxury camera brand, Leica, on their new Leica D-LUX 5 last week and now detailed images of the beautiful camera have surfaced. The camera comes equipped with all of the D-LUX 5′s standard features including a 10-megapixel sensor, 24-90mm zoom lens, and the ability to record 720p AVCHD videos while also being branded with various uniform experiment and fragment design logos. The camera will come with a premium leather case that also features similar branding. You can pick up one of the limited 200 units of this collaboration camera starting on May 11th at select retailers including, SOPH.
