In addition to all of that the brand also collaborated with Los Angeles’ very own Dr Romanelli on a limited run of Backpacks, Toes, and Shoebags that all contained production imagery of the film, “The Black Mamba”, that happened to be directed by acclaimed director, Robert Rodriguez and featuring cameo appearance from Danny Trejo, Bruce Willis, and Kanye West. Nike digitized the storyboards from the film on a luxury satin lining that was used on the interior of every bag while the outside components were created using both new and vintage Nike apparel, including some pieces that were deadstock dating all the way back to the 1970′s that were a part of the Nike Orange label. Accompanied in every bag was a pair of the limited edition Nike Zoom Kobe VI basketball shoes. If you’re looking to pick up one of these bags you might have to look long and hard as only a select number of VIP’s were given a bag throughout the course of the weekend. via: DRx
