
There was plenty of star power in the Garden when the Miami Heat visited the New York Knicks on Friday night, including Drake, Fabolous, DJ Clue, Spike Lee, Birdman, DJ Khaled, Craig Robinson, Maxwell, Tracy Morgan, and more. Drake, a close friend of LeBron James’ had a court side seat next to R&B singer, Maxwell, and Joshua “Hip Hop” Kyambo from his management team, Hip Hop Since 1978. The Young Money/Cash Money rapper who made a huge splash this past year was seen wearing a smooth leather jacket, khaki pants, and a pair of the recently re-released visvim FBT Classic shoes. Nike Stadium Milan hosted a celebration of three of the most historic sports teams in Milan’s long history including the Forza e Coraggio , the Canottieri Milano, and the Amatori Rugby Milano. Throughout history the clubs have fought a long struggle to gain control of the sports ground in Milan but all three attended the event in peace and to celebrate the Nike Sportswear Destroyer Jacket, an item that was hoisted on the field as a standard of winning. Ciara with the help of Microsoft Tag celebrated the release of her new album, Basic Instinct, at Drai’s in Hollywood, California. The twenty-five year old R&B superstar showed up to her own event rocking a pair of Air Jordan V’s from the Toro Bravo Pack that was released back in 2009. Ciara isn’t the first Atlanta celebrity that we’ve seen wearing these all Red Air Jordan V’s, in fact Ludacris was seen wearing a pair last year when he performed at the 2009 VH1 Hip-Hop Honors Show. Various brands will begin to roll out their new Spring/Summer 2011 Collection’s in the coming weeks and the newest NSW Collection from Nike Sportswear looks to be the strongest yet. Rick Ross will be releasing a new mixtape entitled, Ashes to Ashes, next Friday (Christmas Eve) and the first song to be released off of this upcoming mixtape features the King of the South, T.I. and is produced by Lex Luger who also produced one of the biggest street anthem’s of the year “B.M.F. (Blowin’ Money Fast)” which was also belonged to Ross and featured Styles P. This new song off of Ashes to Ashes is called “9 Piece” and features a similar sound as “B.M.F.”. This Holiday 2010 season Nike Sportswear will release the NSW City Destroyer Jacket. The NSW Destroyer Jacket is used as the base silhouette for the City Destroyer Jacket. The jacket features “pre-softened leather sleeves, a two-layer water repellant body, Thermore fill-in wool body, high-grade nylon lining with sphere technology, and a signature fim-finished, bonded, reverse coil zip on the chest.” Each city that is represented in the pack has it’s local City graphics and colors embroidered onto the jacket. The colors of the embroidered graphics are inspired by each City’s local sport teams and cultural movements. The various cities represented in this NSW City Destroyer Jacket pack are New York, London, Tokyo, Shanghai, Rio De Janeiro, and Los Angeles. Japanese brand uniform experiment continues to release new items from their current Autumn/Winter 2010-2011 Collection entitled “U.E. NAVY” including this new iPhone 4 Air Jacket that will be released this Saturday, December 18th at various uniform experiment retailers. James Bond, the co-founder of UNDFTD and the man behind the adidas ObyO David Beckham Collection recently partnered with the ID Agency and Lincoln to collaborate on a new 2011 Lincoln MKX vehicle entitled Project Lincoln MKX. Drawing inspiration from the things that helped make UNDFTD what it is today, Bond used a “Made in America” theme complete with military aesthetics to give his Lincoln MKX a new look. Lil Wayne is officially back! The Young Money/Cash Money rapper has released his first single from the highly anticipated Tha Carter IV, which is slated for a February release, the new single is being called “6 Foot 7 Foot” and features fellow Young Money rapper Cory Gunz. Boston’s BODEGA has collaborated with Saucony again on a new collection of Spring 2011 sneakers that’s being called the Phase II Collection which includes four colorways of the Saucony Shadow 5000 and one colorway of the Saucony Jazz 91. The collaboration retro running sneakers use great color combination combined with premium suede and a yellowed sole to give it an amazing vintage feel.
