Japanese select shop Liquor, Woman & Tears have released their latest collaboration using the New Era Pill Box Cap as a base. As Liquor, Woman & Tears is known for mixing up high fashion aesthetics and street culture attitude, their choice in the traditional Pill Box cap makes sense. The colors chosen reminds us of the baseball’s early days with white crown detailed with navy colors. Green color is used under the visor to further reinforce the concept and they have opted to go the basic route with their flat embroidery for the L logo on the front.

As far as anticipated releases go, the Jordan VI (6) in black and varsity red is very high on many sneaker collectors’ lists. The simple silhouette and direct approach to colors makes that model so well-known. An even simpler example of this model is this black and white Jordan VI (6) from Jordan Motorsports. This model is limited to members of the Jordan Motorsports family, which may disappoint some, as it’s sleek white and black design with an elephant print lining make this a shoe that would make it tough for even the most ardent Jordan purists to scoff at. The soles are still a bit translucent, but have a bit of a smoky look to them. Smooth and tumbled leather are mixed on the upper to have some texture variety, while on the heel a circular jumpan logo appears. Don’t expect to see these, apart from a few rare appearances on Ebay.

H&M enlisted Terry Richardson to shoot Belarusian model Maryna Linchuk for its latest issue. Also known as the face of Miss Dior Cherie Fall/Winter 2008 campaign, Maryna Linchuk donned lingerie and put Terry Richardson in his element, prepping the photographer for doing what he does best– shooting sexy photographs of girls in seductive poses. Courtesy to New York City’s Married To The MOB, LACOSTE’s Hironia Sneaker gets a sexy lace treatment and is more seductive than it had ever been. Keeping it sweet yet sassy with a shiny lavender base peeking through an all-over black lace overlay, Married To The MOB stamped their logo on the tongue tag and heel. Kris Kuksi - Imminent Utopia

The world of Kris Kuksi, according to the artist himself is a reflection on “timelessness”, however, not just solely on the motionlessness figures, but something more intrinsic, more primal, or as the Kuksi puts it “forced into the stillness of death and eternal sleep”.  These premises led him to the best possible medium to express these possibilities, 3-D sculptures.  A mishmashes of popular culture, from vinyl toy figures, model kits, to furniture parts and mechanical hardware, Kuksi created body of arts which micmic Baroque and Rococo stylings.  Yet, it retains a macabre sense of grandeur and frailness of life.
