British Millerain Co. developed their waxed cotton fabric before any of the hi-tech treatments were made available. This classic performance treatment is made by mixing oil into 100% cotton fabric, making it breathable while being water resistant. In the quest for producing an authentic military jacket, BackChannel employed the skills and craftsmanship of Millerain for their latest L-2B Jacket. Its traditional silhouette is accentuated by leather and corduroy details throughout, and best of all, the waxed cotton ages uniquely after repetitive wear. Brass colored snap buttons and zippers help to translate the traditional military flavor, and quilted lining on the inside completes the jacket. This piece can be found at zoetrope in Japan, as well as BackChannel dealers across Japan.
