However fleeting it was, millions of football fans around the globe saw a glimpse of JS Music Notes tracksuit by adidas Originals and Jeremy Scott during last evening’s Super Bowl Halftime Show. Originally set for a March 2012 release date, the lively outfit looked perfectly next to LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, M.I.A., and star of the show, Madonna. If there was an ideal term for a general description, it would be rambunctious celebration. Say what you will about Jeremy Scott’s creations for adidas Originals, you’ll never mistake them for anyone else’s designs. Spotted at the Bread & Butter trade show are upcoming sneaker and footwear styles that fans can look forward to for the coming year. Highlights include a teddy bear model festooned with flowers, as well as the ever popular JS Wings in a silver mesh variation plus one featuring a multi-colored textile build. If the adidas Originals Jeremy Scott footwear collection is popular with the adults, there is no reason why kids wouldn’t love it either. The miniature versions of the previous collaboration sneakers will be dropping sometime next month. The first pair to be released from the soft toy series is the Leopard sneaker, clad in leopard skin uppers with soft tails popping out from the heels. From the JS Wings series comes the JS Wings 2.0 Air Force Flag Pack, featuring blue and red, stars and stripes pattern on the uppers and wings. The last release for the month is the JS Wings Denim, wrapped in washed denim fabric with cream colored stitching throughout. Another update on his wild American West theme, Jeremy Scott reconstituted the typical adidas Originals sneakers into a pair of classic Monk Strap Shoes. A mix of fine leather and faux pony hair upper, Scott added brogue silver hardware and rhinestone details, features any urban cowboys would appreciate. In what could be his most audacious fashion statement thus far, designer Jeremy Scott let it be known of his support on the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy revocation with this pink JS Combat Boots for adidas Originals. In full grain leather, albeit a pink one, Scott furthers the controversy with hints of bondage theme in the forms of leather straps and miniature adidas emblazoned padlocks. Available in unisex sizing, the boots will be release as a part of adidas Originals Jeremy Scott Collection for February 2012.

A staple of American West, cowboy boots aren’t just brogue showpiece that you wore but an emblem of individuality. This coming February, you can express the individuality even more freely with the JS MEGA Softcell Cowboy Boots from adidas Originals Jeremy Scott. Each is to feature the comfortable MEGE Softcell sole to dampen shock and other unpleasantness. The design also includes an ostentatious decor in black and white, a typical Jeremy Scott trademark. Then its put through Jeremy Scott’s “extravagantizer” and out comes a metallic gold creation, with wings, fringes, and all that is loud and shiny.  An armor of gold for warriors of the open road, the JS Gold Wings Jacket will be available as part of adidas Originals Jeremy Scott February 2012 releases.

It isn’t just the patriotic symbolism of Old Glory but a wearable exhibition of everything in relation to Americana and its distinct contribution to modern pop culture. And that is the general premise of adidas Originals Jeremy Scott‘s Spring/Summer 2012 Collection. Moving beyond the Stars & Stripes of JS Flag Collection, Scott tapped into the heartland of America with his JS Fringed Track Top and Track Pants. Based on the classic adidas Originals Firebird Track Suit, now in eye-catching turquoise with black leather yoke, fringe, and matching rhinestones.

With the Presidential Election Year now well underway here in the U.S., designer Jeremy Scott decided to put his vote where it counts the most – the freedom to be creative. Part of the February releases from his Spring/Summer 2012 Collection for adidas Originals, Scott is about to get “political” with his JS Flag Collection. A complete set of apparel, accessories, and footwear, a top-to-bottom approach meant for left, right, and centrist of all kind. For those with left leaning mindset, there is the JS Swimsuit, a Stars & Stripes eye-catching piece with a hint of fetish in all good fun. Feeling a bit reserve and conservative? How about the JS Flag TT? A modified adidas Original Track Top track jacket hybrid with a straitjacket tendency, quite literally. Of course, with Jeremy Scott collection, there is a matching set of sneakers, in the form of JS Wings 2.0 wrapped in Old Glory. It’s hard to put a finger on a specific source of inspiration for adidas Original Jeremy Scott‘s Spring 2012 s footwear collection, but that’s exactly the way he likes it: bold and uncommon. The materials – ranging from denim to leather and suede – are as diverse as the looks themselves, which include boots, sandals, sneakers and loafers. The JS Wings, which caught on big last season, are back in a light denim texture as well as a Stars & Stripes edition, but the pieces sure to draw the most attention will be the one-of-a-kind Gorilla and Leopard sneakers, the vented leather sandal and combat boot, and the yellow colorway of the tongue-exaggerated hi-top.
