Diamond Supply Co. has teamed up with one of their biggest retailers, Active, to create this sub-collection of t-shirts for one of Diamond’s premier riders and arguably the best skateboarder in the world today, Paul Rodriguez. This four t-shirt collection features a number of Diamond Supply signature designs with small changes custom for P.Rod, the tees will be part of a large “All P-Rod II” collection for Active.

In the trend obsessive culture of Japan, not even its adult entertainment industry is immune. Where as an adult film starlet would lead the industry for 5+ years (i.e. Jenna Jameson) in American/European markets. Their Japanese counterpart would hold that title for no more than 5 years on average. The latest actress to attain that is Rio. Born in Tokyo, the interracial beauty, whose mother is Portuguese and father is Japanese, started her career as a “gravure” model in 2005. She quickly rose in sales ranking and won the “Best AV Actress” title at this year’s AV industry award (similar to the AVN) As part of an ongoing collection, Japanese label Devilock recently asked her to be the model for its Lady Series T-Shirt. Feature the a portrait of Rio, “pastelized” into an illustration form. Imprinted on the rear is the Devilock’s years in the Japanese urban wear culture, from 1996 to now. The Devilock Lady Series T-Shirt - Featuring Rio is now available at Devilock flagship store in Nega-Meguro and eproze of ZOZOTOWN shopping network.

HP Sweater
Head Porter Plus has just released their 2008 Autumn/Winter collection of sweaters which includes three different high quality Wool and Angora sweaters. The first one is this HP Sweater that follows a college-sweater style with the large “HP” varsity letters sewn on the front of the Black sweater. The second sweater is the Line Cardigan, one of the must have styles for this season, Head Porter Plus puts their own touch on the Cardigan as they mix Wool with Angora to create this piece. Lastly Head Porter Plus has you covered if you are looking for a simple V-Neck sweater in this great Heather Grey color, which also uses a combination of Wool and Angora material. All three pieces are available now at The-Glade.

Nike Sportswear is bringing back the Dunk Destroyer Pack for it’s third round and this time not only are we being blessed with a number of different Dunk’s but matching apparel will be released to hook up with the Dunk’s. There is no word on how many different Destroyer Dunk High’s will be released but we’ve heard there will be a Black, Green, Red, and Blue colorway released. The apparel that will be released alongside the shoes will include a dope Varsity Jacket and a crewneck sweatshirt, both featuring the Nike Destroyers embroidery. The jacket retails for $125, whereas the crewneck will run you $75, and the Dunk’s sit at $125. The pack is dropping this month (November) at select Nike Sportswear Urban retailers. via Complex
BBC/Ice Cream will celebrate it’s third year of The Ice Cream Store this upcoming Friday with a party in Tokyo hosted by Pharrell Williams. The party will also include special guests Nigo and Verbal of the Teriyaki Boyz with music being provided by special guest DJ, DJ Premier. The Ice Cream Store is the flagship store for BBC/Ice Cream, located in Tokyo, Japan. If you want to attend this special event, tickets are on sale now, and with the purchase of each ticket a special limited edition t-shirt will be included. The Stussy Vancouver store has generated a lot of buzz and attention to itself recently, mostly due to the fact that the entire buildout of the new store has been well documented thanks largely in part to shop owner, Matt George. We’ve already shown you some of how the shop has come into fruition and now here is an updated look at the store itself as well as how it is laid out. Play Cloths, the clothing brand from Virginia’s finest, The Clipse, will officially be launched at Commonwealth in Virginia on November 14th. It’s been a long time coming for the brand that has generated an incredible amount of buzz and interest via their lineup of t-shirts seen in some of the latest YouTube videos of the rap duo. Make sure you stop by Commonwealth on the 14th as The Clipse will be in the building for the launch of Play Cloths, food and drink will be served as well.
