On October 6th, Flight Club opened their 3rd venture and first oversea outpost with Flight Club Tokyo. The grand opening celebration saw family and friends from all over the world, including Jeff & Nico of Staple Design, Gabriel Urist, crew from essense, Hiroshi Fujiwara, not to mention members of Flight Club NYC & LA.

The new store is situated on one of the busier streets of Harajuku, just a few doors down from HEADPORTER and UNDFTD Tokyo. The store not only sells rare or new sneakers like its counterpart in NYC and LA, but also carry Flight Club apparels that only the Flight Club Tokyo will have. Congratulation to Naoki & Flight Club Tokyo crew!

adidas Remix is teaming up with UNDRCRWN on an upcoming collection of fresh remixes of five of their top signature models. UNDRCRWN, known for their 90’s fashion and basketball inspired apparel, applied similar treatments to the five models. They include Tracy McGrady’s T-Mac 6, Kevin Garnett’s KG Bounce, Tim Duncan’s CC Stealth, Chauncey Billups’ C- Billups and Gilbert Arenas’ Gil Zero Low. A tee shirt will accompany each of the shoes and a set of trading cards (see below) will also be available. 750 of each of all five models will be available at urban and specialty retailers starting June 10th at $150.

Got these in two weeks back and have worn them a number of times already. They are super comfortable! I actually prefer the fabric insole over the leather ones, makes them a little more breathable. Hope more premium and supreme Air Force 1s come with fabric in soles. Thanks Ricky!

An update from our man aNYth1ng. I’ve always loved all of the Cool Grey’s Jordan Brand has put out. The almost vintage XI Cool Grey, IV Cool Grey and the recent III Cool Grey has satisfied my cravings. This summer JB will put out yet another amazing Cool Grey with the XI low. Featuring a nubuck upper, grey elephant print and a icy outsole, I am already drooling. They are expected to drop late June 2007.
