American artist Mike Giant unveils a collection of personal works, all of which prove why his unique illustrative style is so respected and recognised among assorted art, tattoo, graffiti and skate scenes worldwide.

Born in New Mexico, the Alberquerque-raised artist is influenced by assorted pop culture, as well as religion, hip hop, heavy metal and punk music. Latin and hispanic culture too play a major role in the execution of his silhouettes, which often resemble buxom pin-up femme fatales and assorted other voluptuous characters, often with skulls and animal tenticals (for good measure).

V.O.S.A.B takes over the colette gallery from May 2nd - May 27th, 2006 and will spotlight a series of black-ink designs on paper, all of which encompass the ideal of imaginary heroines. Be them shapely graceful figures or flashy femme fatales from various eras and cultures, Mike Giants characters from every epoque gurantee a stellar viewing experience.
