Hand Shaped Skateboards @ No.12 Gallery
We might have one, two or more skateboards stacked somewhere in our rooms. They're just sitting there but you just don't have the heart to throw them away. Hand Shaped Skateboard Exhibition, which ended on September 10th, showcased art works using used skateboards as a canvas. Curated by HARVEST, it also introduced some interesting accessory lines made from recycled skateboard decks, transformed what were trashes into beautiful items.
Already, another event called "Hand Shaped Skateboards General Meeting" is scheduled to be held at October 29th in Tokyo's Komazawa Olympic Park. Further information regarding this event will be update on No.12 Gallery website. Photos by Aki.
