BBlessing - Spring/Summer 2009

BBlessing Spring/Summer 09 collection is inspired by infamous skyjacker D.B. Cooper. Cooper made his getaway by parachuting off a plane with a loot of $200,000 in the 70s. With a Catch Me If You Can theme balancing this season's collection, the brand's pieces are effortlessly cool. The New York City boutique dressed its own collection in hues of North American country landscapetan, light grey, casually washed blues and greens, and of course, the indispensable plaid. A lightweight wool gabardine trench coat thrown over airy linen dress shirts, and paired with tailored cotton trousers will help stage a sophisticated escape from spring through late summer. BBlessing also offers spring wool and cashmere knits, and selvedge denim pieces. Other than apparel, BBlessing carries leather bags and wallets that look gently broken in. The entire collection is produced locally in North America, also where D.B Cooper made his legendary disappearing act. BBlessing's Spring/Summer 09 collection are reliable staples that will last you through this year, next year, and perhaps your exile to Canada.
