A montage of legendary and upcoming musical talents gathered last Friday evening for Heineken Red Star Soul concert seriesin New York City. The stars-studded event showcased many of the best known stars in the hip-hop and R&B scenes, headlined by Biz Markie, D-Nice, Wale, Estelle, and Ludacris. The concert also gave invited guests unimpeded club-like setting to see each performers up close. In attendance among the audience was a roster of who's who in celebrity-hood, including Mario Lopez, Emmy Rossum, Adrienne Bailon, Tyson Beckford, Rapper Consequence, along with Egypt, Pierre (Harlem Heights) and more. At the final hour of the event, Ludacris revved up the crowd with a surprise appearance by rapper Nas in a special dual performance.
