Looking to keep up the releases of the Air Jordan Force Fusion series, this model hearkens back to the Air Jordan XII (12) and it striated, tonal upper. The end result of this model also employs high quality, pebbled leather throughout, giving it a bit of a more luxurious touch. The sole and forefoot, along with the strap, are definite markings of the Air Force 1 influence, which ends up taking prevalence here, as the final product looks like a finely crafted Air Force model with a only a slight nod to the Jordan model. All told, this may excite some who have otherwise questioned the authenticity of the Fusion series, as it seems to look more like a new model altogether than a fusion. Bound for an August 28th release at Foot Locker, this will be a back-to-school model for sure.
