New and improved and streamlined. These, are the adidas Originals by OriginalsJeremy Scott JS Leather Wings 2.0 for the upcoming Fall/Winter 2010 season. How is it new and improved? First, by sheer number, as the number of wings on the popular JS Wings hi-top sneakers have increased from one pair to two; secondly, the wings are no longer loosely attached to the placket in a flappy manner by laces, but instead, are rigid with a sense of purpose, zooming backwards, adding more speed by aesthetics. While the previous season's JS Wings have wowed crowds with ostentatious coloring (If we think about the most conspicuous of all, the wings, as a status quo we shall not take into consideration for the moment) in psychedelic rainbow shades, this season, it is a little more subtle in white with black accents on the three-stripes, tongue tag and wing outlines.
If you fancied the previous wings, perhaps it's time for an speedy upgrade this coming season? With the continuation of the wings design, it seems like Jeremy Scott is determined to take over Red Bull as the official purveyor of wings.
