adidas Originals by Originals Jeremy Scott - Fall/Winter 2010 - Lookbook

There seems to be no specific theme this time around, but Jeremy Scott seems to be the only person who is able to pull together pieces with different influences, tie them together with a note of ostentatious bravado and have that be the main thread. What does polka dots and x-ray prints have in common? No one is quite certain, but when something is bold for the sake of being bold and its presence demands attention, we know it is quite undoubtedly Scott. For his continued collaboration with adidas Originals by Originals, some of our favorite elements have returned in new form this season, and frankly, the entire collection can only be described by one word--fly.

The JS Wings have returned and made their ways from shoes to embody a more literal presence on a white hoodie. For men, the biker jacket gets a three-striped treatment and polka-dotted harem pants are slightly Comme des Garcons but with a loud Scott touch. For those who love a classic adidas Originals three-stripe track suit, things get a little naked--actually, very naked, with an x-ray skeletal print. Sure, the skeletal print isn't exactly new, but it does get endowed with a new life on the black track suit.

Once again, Scott promises a collection that one will want to party, run, jump and fly in-- stay tuned and look out for them as they hit the racks really soon!
