For its special "Toys" issue, architecture and design magazine Icon asked seven prominent London architects to choose one of the iconic buildings from LEGO's Architecture series and reinterpret it. Five of the seven selected Fallingwater, the Frank Lloyd Wright landmark, while the remaining two opted for the White House and New York's Rockefeller Center. As expected, the results demonstrated wildly differing approaches. Whether it was melting, enhancing, deconstructing, or creating something new altogether, each of the participants put their individual stamp on this unique experiment. The issue is out now; check out the article online here.
