Additionally to its Supreme Box Logo Cap with Loro Piana wool, New Era also tapped other world's top textile procurers for sourcing to its Fall/Winter 2011 Collection. Among those are Harris Tweed, a returnee from previous collaborations, and a new comer, Ermenegildo Zegna. Where as Loro Piana specialized in cashmere, the Milan-base Ermenegildo Zegna is known for its extra-fine wool. Through its daft yet subtle marketing, the family own company was able to propagate the eminence of so-called "Super 100s" wool fabric to the public conscious.  For its EK Collection, New Era utilized fabrics from both Ermenegildo Zegna and Harris Tweed on ten of its most popular models, including the Sloan, Marble, and more.  Availability is limited to New Era retail locations in Japan thus far, with the possibility of reaching other markets in the near future.  via: cool-trans
