We've known for a while that the fourth installment in the acclaimed Bourne film series would star Jeremy Renner in Matt Damon's stead, and now we're getting a first look at Renner as CIA operative Aaron Cross. The trailer for "The Bourne Legacy" indicates that events from the first movies will impact the storyline for this latest one, resulting in Renner's character going rogue, just as Jason Bourne did. Director Tony Gilroy has stated the film isn't a reboot or a prequel, and that Renner hasn't replaced Damon as the star of the Bourne franchise, leaving room for the possibility of Damon's return. Joining Renner for the "The Bourne Legacy" are newcomers Rachel Weisz, Edward Norton, Stacy Keach and Oscar Isaac, as well as Albert Finney, Joan Allen, David Strathairn and Scott Glenn, who are reprising their roles.
