Seam taping is commonly seen inside technical apparel for improving water proofing properties. Yosuke Aizawa transferred the aesthetics of the seam tapes, applying them onto normal garments to improve its style. This shirt is constructed from three 5 ounce chambray fabrics, further treated to give them an used feel. Even though the seam tapes can no be seen ordinarily, it acts as a hidden detail that will only reveal itself once in a while. All of the buttons on the shirt is custom made White Mountaineering snap buttons, harmonizing perfectly with the chambray fabric. This item is available at FIGURE SHIZUOKA in Japan at the moment.
