To help TBWA celebrate its 40th anniversary, the renowned advertising agency enlisted the services of street artist WK Interact, who used an 8ft x 36ft blank canvas to interpret some of the agency's most notable works over the years. The project, entitled FORTY, has iconography drawn from Absolut vodka's groundbreaking print campaign, Apple's 1984 Super Bowl commercial, Nelson Mandela's first ANC election campaign and Nissan's SHIFT_ rebranding theme. The finished canvas now lives in TBWA's New York office, and WK's process in creating the piece -- with help from two assistants -- was captured on video, seemingly encapsulating the words of TBWA chairman Lee Clow: "Make it smart. Make it beautiful. Have fun." The short film, directed by Brandon LaGanke and John Carlucci and featuring a soundtrack by Kishi Bashi, can be seen below.
