A week before the official launch of Nike+ Basketball and Nike+ Training programs, Nicolas Zurstrassen, Digital General Manager at Nike China, along with local celebrity Chien-Chou “Blackie” Chen, welcomed regional press and media to a demonstration event in the city of Shanghai.
Arranged among the rows of Nike Lunar Hyperdunk 2012+ and Nike Lunar TR 1+, Zurstrassen showcased in detail on the available hardware plus the new immersive user interface in native Chinese. Contrary to obvious, both programs aren’t just mere derivatives from the original Nike+ program. Rather, they are quite dissimilar technically to the ones introduced by Mark Parker and Steve Jobs six years ago in New York. Even so, all are still the same at their cores – to maximize athletic potentials within all of us. The Nike+ Basketball and Nike+ Training programs will be available starting June 29th.
