It took almost six months of testing on the streets to fine tune the designs of the brand new urban bicycle sneakers from Chrome. The Truk adopts the basic plimsoll design, while incorporating functional features for urban cyclists. Low profile silhouette makes it easier to fit inside toe clips and cages, and the reinforced nylon/glass fiber shank offer exceptional support throughout the midsoles. To eliminate pedal hot spots, they have integrated board lasted soles, as well as skid resistant contact rubber on the outsoles to prevent uneven wear. Furthermore, the 1,000-denier Cordura material on the upper ensures durability for all season riding.
