Nike has retooled its historic Vengeance runner, keeping the overall silhouette intact but reworking almost everything else. Now dubbed the Vengeance SD, the shoe loses the traditional mesh and nylon upper in favor of one dressed entirely in suede, as well as the characteristic one-hole bottom lace that's now replaced with a traditional lace bed. Exposed stitching at the rear portion of the shoe recalls footwear of a more refined sort, while a cut-out cluster of reflective material at the heel is faintly reminiscent of the Air Epic. Look for the Nike Vengeance SD, available in a trio of introductory colorways, to hit Nike Sportswear retailers in the coming weeks.
