Our Quebecois neighbors to the North were the first to get eyes on the Honda Gear Concept Study Model, which recently debuted at the Montreal International Auto Show. According to Honda, the Gear represents an "innovative approach to providing the automotive answer for young, urban, Gen-Y lifestyles." The automaker attributes the concept's inspiration to fixed-gear bicycles, resulting in a design that's "simple and utilitarian, but also customizable, connected and full of personality." According to Dave Marek, Design Director at Honda R&D Americas, the Gear is fun and affordable, offering "everything that young urban buyers will want in a car." We don't know any further details, but Honda's provided us with a number of exterior looks, which can be viewed in the gallery below.
