New York City is undoubtedly one of the creative meccas in America, if not the world. Contrary to this fact, New York City has never hosted any world-class events or fairs that showcase its progressive design industries. Representatives from various design disciplines got together with New York City Council and the Mayor's Office to organize a massive annual event by the name of NYCxDESIGN. The committee alone reads like a who's who of the design industries, including heads of Museum of Modern Art, Smithonian Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum, Behance, Core77, Etsy, Johnson & Johnson, and many more. In short, this 12-day event should be a blast.
Event Dates: May 10th, 2013 (Friday) - May 21th, 2013 (Tuesday)
