While Mercedes-Benz pulled out all the stops when it came to introducing their CLA45 AMG, the brand has done the opposite for their Edition 1, choosing instead to let it speak for itself. Immediately, the Edition 1 is set apart from the original AMG by the additional curves, lines, and gloss that grace its exterior, including its rear polisher and side aprons, which pop with a set of 19-inch matte alloy wheels and red accents for the grille, mirrors, and brake calipers. Inside the four-door cabin, passengers can feel the comfort and security of ARTICO/DINAMICA sport seats, an ARTICO-wrapped dashboard and specially branded AMG floor mats while the lucky driver clutches hold of the leather/DINAMICA-wrapped steering wheel with red contrast stitching. Under the hood, MB has left the turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine engine the same as the standard model, which pumps out 360-HP and 332 lb-ft of torque. The engine is controlled with a seven-speed dual-clutch trans that pushes all that power down through an all-wheel drive system to 62mph in 4.6 seconds.
