The most talked about moment of 2013 MTV Video Music Awards was the appearance of *NSYNC, former boy band of the late 90s that is famous for producing hits such as I Drive Myself Crazy, Bye Bye Bye, and Pop. *NSYNC officially broke up in 2007, so a surprise reunion to honor Justin Timberlake's Michael Jackson MTV Vanguard Award was a memorable occasion for everyone in the audience (the camera caught Taylor Swift blushing to no end).
For youngsters that aren't familiar with *NSYNC's fame, the band served as a springboard for Justin Timberlake's talent before he decided to pursue a solo career. The band also consisted of singers JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, Joey Fatone, and Lance Bass-- all of whom joined Timberlake this past Sunday, August 26th onstage to perform songs Girlfriend and Bye Bye Bye . Their chemistry together was enough to get the crowd roaring, showing that even after more than 5 years apart, their musical talents were still n'sync (pun intended).
