Released exactly a week ago, Drake's new album Nothing Was the Same is the perfect descriptor for the rapper's return to the ALIFE famous courtyard. Back in 2010, Drake performed in the courtyard on the eve of his debut album release, Thank Me Later. Three years later, the Toronto M.C. returns with multiple platinum records and countless awards -- including a best rap album Grammy for Take Care -- under his belt. Beginning the session by recalling his first performance in the courtyard and thanking the fans for their support, Drake proceeded to rock the capacity crowd while neighbors took in the show from windows and fire escapes. Special guests included G.O.O.D. Music's Travi$ Scott, who performed "Upper Echelon" from his Owl Pharaoh EP, and the legendary Raekwon, who graced the crowd with "WuTang Forever" and "C.R.E.A.M." Filmed by Sean Phazes, the video recap is available for viewing below.
