This Princeton Polyester Parka is part of a popular series by Lafayette depicting paintings of George Washington. In this particular instance, the reproduced painting is that of The Death of General Mercer at the Battle of Princeton, originally painted by John Trumbull in 1795. The full color print wraps around the top half of the jacket, repeating the famous painting from the chest to shoulders, then to the back. Apart from the print, the parka is left untouched in black, further enhancing the details of the artwork. The light shell jacket is equipped with water-resistant zippers and drawstrings on the hood and hem. Pick up this piece at Lafayette stockists internationally and through their web shop.
