Nissan's long-rumored 2015 GT-R NISMO has finally been officially revealed and we have the photos to prove it. Following its visit to the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show, Nissan is now calling this take the "ultimate iteration" of the supercar, capable of delivering 591 horsepower thanks to several upgrades to its powertrain, with 479 lb-ft of torque, up from 463 lb-ft in the base version. The upgrades are due in large part to the enlarged turbos derived from the GT-R GT3 RaceCar, but other exterior elements are also at play here, including a new rear trunk-mounted spoiler, a front carbon bumber, and a lower front lip. Taken together, the aerodynamics on the GT-R generate over 220 lbs of additional downforce at 186mph. Inside, the cabin also received new carbon-backed Recaro seats, a new steering wheel, and red contrast stitching to match the accents outside. Pricing hasn't been announced, but it's expected to be under the $200,000 mark. Expect to hear and see plenty more out of this exciting ride.
