Celebrating its 140-year anniversary this year, Levi's reached out to renowned Japanese bag maker, PORTER, for a very special joint venture. The collaboration collection consists of two versions, featuring the same denim fabric used on their legendary 501 jeans, which were milled by Cone Mills Corporation in White Oak, North Carolina. Matching the classic denim materials are high performance nylon fabrics from Cordura that are durable and tough. Boasting three styles - tote bags, backpacks, and waist bags - these are manufactured in limited quantities of 501 units, and the Rigid version is currently available from Levi's Japan online shop. The Used Model version will be available from this Saturday, November 31 from the same webshop.
