Back in 1987, a Christmas-themed album dropped that offered contemporary takes on various holiday standards. Entitled A Very Special Christmas, the collection of songs featured chart-topping artists ranging from Madonna to Bruce Springsteen, and it came packaged in an album cover designed by Keith Haring. One of the more popular singles off the release came courtesy of Def Jam forefathers Run-DMC and Rick Rubin -- "Christmas in Hollis," the cover for which is now used as a teaser for an upcoming adidas Originals release. We don't have much to go on at present, but considering Run-DMC's long history with adidas, the project is sure to be sucker-free. Stay tuned for details ahead of the December 21st launch.
