As unveiled during Paris Fashion Week, the Fall/Winter 2014 menswear collection from Maison Martin Margiela was filled with sharply tailored looks rendered in uncharacteristically straightforward fashion. As is typically the case with Margiela, the devil was in the details, with strong military influences seen in utility vests or a bomber jacket patch-worked together with various waterproof materials. Other standouts included a military coat adorned with conspicuous buckles and slouchy suits with single-pleat pants.
