Viewers with a keen eye would have noticed the collaboration jackets by Barbour hidden within the Fall/Winter 2014 collection lookbook from White Mountaineering. In all honesty, it was not easy to spot them, as Yosuke Aizawa took two Barbour styles and modified them in his unique way. Bedale SL and Border SL were selected as base jackets, where Aizawa proceeded to revamp them by implementing extra pockets, and swapping the fabrics for his original designs and specs. Both jackets are prepared in two contrasting versions, with vivid blue wax cotton hooded jacket offered in ladies’ sizes as well. To finish off, the inner neck label displays the dual brand name to authenticate the collaboration.
