In the emerging consumer market for drones, one of the most intriguing models comes courtesy of French company Parrot. Their new Bebop drone boasts a 14-megapixel fish-eye lens that captures and streams live HD video, with image stabilization and a wide-angle 180-degree view. Including its removable hull, the aircraft measures about 15 inches across and weighs around 14 ounces. It also packs four-antenna Wi-Fi, which extends the flight range up to two kilometers, along with flight control through a controller app on iOS or Android. The only drawback: battery life is limited to just 12 minutes. Check out the Bebop Drone in action below, and expect a launch date in the fourth quarter of this year.
