  • Author:

Born in the 1970s, the Converse Auckland Racer gets its name from the country of New Zealand, where the term "jogging" was first coined. The shoe is set to resurface this season, featuring a deconstructed build and a radically reinterpreted upper, featuring bright hues and an all-over animal print that covers the entirety of the upper (as well as the sockliner). The kicks are completed with black laces, white midsole and brightly colored interior. Check out the trio of individual styles below, and expect the Converse Auckland Racer "Animal" pack to hit select retailers in the coming weeks.
