The Hundreds' Fall 2014 collection wears its influence on its puffy sleeve. Bright Snow Beach colors recall the mid-'90s Golden Age of Hip Hop, but look closer and you'll see that the inspiration is more specific and genre-driven. Pressed khakis, bandana-print shirts and plaid flannels -- all worn with insouciant bagginess -- point to a time when West Coast rap dominated the airwaves (and MTV's playlist). Rugby shirts and peacoats, meanwhile, speak to a time when everybody stayed within their lanes, with little to no encroachment between the boundaries separating tribal styles. The Hundreds Fall 2014 collection is set to launch July 31st at The Hundreds' flagship locations, authorized stockists and online.
