Shinola Black Blizzard Titanium Chronograph

With a name that harkens back to the terrible dust storms of the 1930's, you wouldn't expect Shinola's "Black Blizzard" titanium chronograph to shine so damn much. In fact, the name and its build were inspired by American perseverance, when, in the face of terrible odds and suffocating dust storms, Americans from east to west were still able to find a way to thrive. With a titanium case, the Black Blizzard is lighter than the other steel watches the brand more commonly produces, but the material helps to provide an overall vintage appeal when combined with the black watch face and throwback dial indicators. The watch is powered by an Argonite 5050 quartz chronograph and comes with a big date indicator at the 6 o'clock position. Coming in both 42mm and a 48mm case, each also comes with a leather-bound book about the Dust Bowl that inspired the watch. See more after the click and look for the Black Blizzard to drop this November.
