Borrowing a chapter from the hugely successful GoPro cameras, Polaroid will be launching its Cube lifestyle action digital camera later this month. First announced back in June of this year, the Polaroid Cube will give those with active lifestyle an option to record video at 1080p HD or still images at 6 megapixel resolution. With its 124-degree lens, users can capture almost every details around their peripheral vision . Already encased in a shock-proof case, the camera is water resistant up to 2-meter (~6.5-feet) as well. The best part however, the Polaroid Cube is actually smaller than the GoPro, standing at just around 35mm (~1.4 inches). That means users can carry it around as a key fob or fashion accessory.
Along with a wide range of attachments and accessories, the Polaroid Cube will be available at select retailers worldwide in August 2014.
