Following stops in Brooklyn and London, Levi's Commuter travels to Northern California's East Bay region for its latest installment of "The Ride" video series. The subject this time around is Tyrone Stevenson Jr., self-described king of the Scraper Bike Movement. Growing up in hardscrabble Oakland, Stevenson credits scraper bikes for saving his life, as he channeled his adolescent frustrations -- and creativity -- in designing colorful, tricked out scraper bikes. He now works with underprivileged youth, stating that "I ride so the next generation of kids can ride." Check out the feel-good video below.
