After expanding their growing line of products with the Fire TV earlier this year, Amazon will take on streaming devices like the Google Chromecast with their Fire TV Stick. Connecting directly to your TV's HDMI port, the Fire TV Stick will give you easy access to all your favorites, including Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, Hulu Plus and YouTube. Packed with a dual-core processor and 1 GB of ram, the product page is quick to point out that it has four times the storage and twice as much memory as the Chromecast. Not so subtle shade thrown. For all you Prime members, you can expect access to a ton of premium content, free of charge. The Amazon Fire TV Stick comes out November 19 and is available for pre-order now. Couch potatoes rejoice.
