With a team behind it that includes the likes Nike's Tinker Hatfield, Mark Parker, and fragment design's Hiroshi Fujiwara, the legendary slip-on runner, the Sock Dart, gets unearthed from the archives with dramatic effect. If you haven't seen this model before, you wouldn't be alone; since it's debut back in 2004, not much has been seen of it. The knit build was far ahead of its time, with a design that even Fujiwara couldn't believe could make the leap from sock to sneaker. However, we can expect it to make quite the resurgence this year under the guidance of Fujiwara's label, beginning with this look that boasts an olive green colorway with a woven forefoot, translucent midfoot strap for a secure fit, and a crisp white midsole and matching heel cup. It's release hasn't been set yet, but given its backers and its launch on the nikelab Instagram site, it should be coming soon.
